2025 ACTIVITY REPORT
1. The Mining Technology Program held discussions with its advisory
board, an external stakeholder, regarding existing courses, elective courses,
and new courses. Link:

2. Orientation training was provided to first-year students for the
2025-2026 academic year.
3. Department Board Meetings: Department board meetings were held on
various dates throughout 2025 to discuss course distribution, graduates, course
information package updates, events, and course plans.
4. Academic counseling was provided to students.
5. Mert ÜRÜN was elected as the department's quality student
representative.
6. A career counseling meeting was held. During the meeting, students
were informed about the importance of CV preparation for internship
applications and post-graduation job applications.

7. A technical trip was made to the Bigadiç Eti Bor Mine during the spring
semester of the 2024-2025 academic year.

8. The graduation ceremony and graduation dinner for the 2024-2025
academic year were held.
